Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

You received a damaged item;
You received the wrong item.

If either applies, please contact us at service@lowpoli.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your order number;
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm whether a refund or a replacement will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models.
If you received an item with the wrong specifications, contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost or provide a refund.
