When will I receive my order?

Production time: Each piece is made to order and usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from Portugal with CTT.

 

Will I be charged customs fees?

– Portugal & European Union: No additional fees.
– Outside the EU: Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by us.

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Before contacting us, please:
1. Double-check the delivery address on your confirmation email.
2. Track your order with the code provided.
3. Ask your local post office or neighbors if they received the package.

– Your order number
– Photos of the item
– A short description of the issue

 

We’ll resolve it quickly with either a replacement or refund.
