It started with a letter for a child's room.
In 2024, the first LOWPOLI piece was a letter for a child's room. It sat right where it belonged, with the right weight and the right curve. Then came requests from friends. Today, every piece that leaves our studio in Coimbra is made by the same hands. One at a time. No rush, no copies.

How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, personalise it with your name, colour and size, and add it to the cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. If you have any questions, email us at support@lowpoli.com.
What if I misspell the name on my order?
Each piece is personalised and goes into production right after confirmation, so changes are not possible. Check the name and details before completing your order. If in doubt, contact us at service@lowpoli.com before ordering.
Do you accept accents, cedillas and upper/lowercase?
Yes. We accept accents, cedillas, upper and lowercase letters. Please carefully check the spelling of the name before completing your order.
How do I know the right size for my space?
Each product has indicated letter height: S (5 cm), M (10 cm), L (15 cm) and XL (20 cm). For a bedroom door, S or M usually works well. For a wall or headboard, L or XL. If in doubt, send us a photo of the space to support@lowpoli.com and we'll suggest the best fit.
Is the colour on screen the same as the real piece?
Very close, but there may be slight differences due to screen calibration and lighting. The finish is always matte, and colours may vary slightly between filament batches. If you want to be sure about a specific colour, ask us for a real sample by email before ordering.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made in our studio in Portugal. Production takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by CTT shipping: 1 to 2 business days in mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 in the Azores and Madeira, 5 to 8 across Europe. You receive a tracking email as soon as the order ships.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping in mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira on orders from €30. Below that: €4.90 on the mainland and €5 to the islands. Europe and United Kingdom: €15, free on orders of €70 or more. Rest of the world: €35. The exact amount always shows at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As each piece is made to order, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once confirmed. Please check all details (name, colour, size) before completing your purchase. If there is any issue, contact us as soon as possible.
What is the returns policy?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your piece. As each product is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If the piece arrives with a defect or damaged, contact us at support@lowpoli.com and we will resolve the situation.
Can I request an invoice with a tax number?
Yes. At checkout there is a field for your company or personal tax number. By entering it there, the invoice is automatically issued and sent to your email with the correct details.
