How long until I receive my order?
Production takes 1 to 2 working days, plus shipping (1 to 2 working days in mainland Portugal via CTT). Orders placed before 5 pm on a working day go into production the same day.
Can I request a colour, size or design I don't see in the store?
Yes. Custom orders are our specialty: letters, plaques, minimalist signage, branding for small businesses. Describe what you have in mind in the form and we'll send back a quote with price and lead time.
I misspelled the name or want to change my order. Now what?
Since each piece is custom-made and production begins shortly after confirmation, orders cannot be changed once confirmed. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Do you take orders for weddings and events?
We do. Signage, monograms and 3D details for weddings, baptisms and private events. The earlier you reach out, the better: our production calendar is limited.
