How long until I receive my order?
Production takes 1 to 2 working days, plus shipping. Pieces with custom text may need an extra 24 to 48 hours before entering production.
Can I request a colour, size or design I don't see in the store?
Yes. Custom orders are our specialty: letters, plaques, minimalist signage, branding for small businesses. Describe what you have in mind in the form and we'll send back a quote with price and lead time.
I misspelled the name or want to change my order. Now what?
Write to us as soon as possible. If the piece hasn't entered production yet, we'll change it at no cost. After that it may be too late, because custom pieces can't be restocked.
Do you take orders for weddings and events?
We do. Signage, monograms and 3D details for weddings, baptisms and private events. The earlier you reach out, the better: our production calendar is limited.
