Shipping

All LOWPOLI pieces are made to order. Production time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 5 pm on a business day go into production the same day.

Mainland Portugal
Free shipping on orders from €30. Below that: €4.90. CTT Express with tracking, delivery in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Azores and Madeira
CTT shipping with tracking: €5. Free on orders from €30. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Europe and United Kingdom
Standard shipping with tracking: €15. Free on orders of €70 or more. Delivery in 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Rest of the World
Standard shipping with tracking: €35. Delivery in 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as the piece is dispatched.

Packaging
Each piece is individually packed with proper protection to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Returns

As each piece is personalised and made from scratch, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. This policy exists because each piece is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Damaged or defective piece
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you. Just contact us at support@lowpoli.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos. For manufacturing defects, the legal conformity guarantee applies (Decree-Law 84/2021).
