Shipping

All LOWPOLI pieces are made to order. Production time is 1-2 business days. After production, shipping takes 1 to 2 business days in mainland Portugal.

Mainland Portugal
Free shipping, with no minimum order. Delivery via CTT in 1 to 2 business days.

Azores and Madeira
Shipping available on request. Contact us for current prices and delivery times.

Europe
We ship across Europe. Costs and delivery times vary by destination. Contact us by email for an estimate before ordering.

Packaging
Each piece is individually packed with proper protection to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Returns

As each piece is personalised and made from scratch, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. This policy exists because each piece is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Damaged or defective piece
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you. Just contact us at service@lowpoli.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos. For manufacturing defects, the legal conformity guarantee applies (Decree-Law 84/2021).
