Material and finish

3D printed in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch. Matte finish, solid feel. Each piece is printed to order in our atelier in Coimbra, Portugal.

Sizes and dimensions

Letter height: S 5 cm · M 10 cm · L 15 cm · XL 20 cm. Width depends on the text you choose. Depth is around 1–1.5 cm. Letters are sold and priced individually.

Care

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources, as PLA softens above roughly 50 °C. Do not use abrasive products.

Shipping and delivery

Production in 1–2 business days. Free shipping in mainland Portugal. Islands: shipping quoted on request. CTT delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

How does personalization work?

Choose your size, the text you want, and color. We produce the piece by hand in our atelier in Coimbra. Each piece is unique and made for you.

How long does it take?

Production takes 1–2 business days. Delivery in mainland Portugal: 2–3 business days via CTT. Total: about 4–5 business days from order to door.

What sizes are available?

Four sizes (S, M, L, XL), adjusted per piece. Each size has a different price. Approximate heights are shown in the size selector above.

What is the material like?

European PLA, a plant-based bioplastic. Matte finish, hand-finished. Resistant indoors. Not recommended for direct sunlight or temperatures above 50 °C.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Pieces ship ready to mount with double-sided tape (included) or with screws and wall plugs for heavier pieces. No drilling required for most setups.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom pieces are made on demand and cannot be returned for change-of-mind. If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, email service@lowpoli.com and we replace or refund it.
